Recently we have witnessed a period of unprecedented times with the UK economy, the banks and also the rates that are offered by Mortgage Lenders. TISCO are a firm of Independent Financial Advisers which means we can select and recommend Mortgage products from the whole of the market place.
Since the credit crunch, some lenders have introduced “dual pricing”, which means that they now offer a different suite of products via intermediaries such as TISCO to those available directly to the individual. We have found that on occasion these products can be far more competitive than those we can source, although this entirely depends on our clients specific lending requirements.
We are regulated and authorised by the Financial Services Authority and always follow a strict procedure when formally recommending a product to our clients. We do however accept that some early initial research and feedback / discussion can save our clients and our advisers both time and money. We therefore offer an initial Mortgage assessment and feedback discussion to determine whether our full mortgage service may be appropriate for you.

Mortgage Assessment
One of our mortgage advisers will take on your case personally, and will research the market on our whole of market sourcing system. They will assess the available options using your specific lending criteria.

Adviser Feedback
The Mortgage adviser will then call you to discuss the outcome of the above research. If we have determined that TISCO can source a competitive product, we will recommend that you move on to stage 4 which is full Mortgage Fact Find and recommendation. If on the other hand, our initial research indicated that there seemed to be a significantly better solution available directly from a lender (which TISCO could not source) then we would discuss this with you. We would not be able to advise on whether the specific product would be suitable for your needs but if it seemed significantly more competitive then we believe it would be worth you at least investigating further prior to proceeding with TISCO. If, after undertaking this research, you determined it was not suitable then we would be delighted to help you if you come back to us by moving to stage 4.
